Cardinali & Gazzabin Architects

All the architectures, indiscriminately, speak about times, people, places, social relationships, historical and anthropological dynamics; the architectures are honest witnesses, they talk about themselves and their mediators, they show everything but hide a lot, they can hide the effort, the conflicts, the fears, of those who built them, of those who knew how to understand them, of those who knew how to explain and re-explain them, of those who finally knew how to live and even love them.

Many years ago at the beginning of our journey, someone told us to learn to'' love architecture '' we take it thinking that it was only an advice so we took it and put it aside;

after years of study, two degrees in the most liberal and democratic of all the universities in our opinion, we rediscovered that old advice, we rethought it together and began to fall in love with our profession, our projects and our architectures.

The architect is a strange job, it could be described as' the art of transformation’, one day you can be a designer, one day a gardener, another day a philosopher, another one a jurist.

Our life is our work, it is like a long story speaking about personal relationships, victories and also failures, many expectations and sometimes even satisfactions. The satisfactions are successful projects and also new friendships born with the clients; satisfactions are the goals achieved after so much effort; the satisfactions are when we returne to our old customers and we can still see in their eyes the happiness of a dream achieved together.

As we always used to say `` our architectures '' (whether they are: a chair, a spoon, a lamp, a garden, a shop or a house) they always have a story to tell, they are the narration of a day spent thinking about the best solution, they are the story of a real love, they are the idea that gave the turning point to our project, they are the story of a material touched, molded, adapted to our needs, they are the story of the final touch that made our unique creation.

In many years of work, our main goal has always been to work while having fun, we have not always succeeded in it but, when it happened, we have reaped as much as we have sown. We can tell the story of many residences, shops and gardens where we were able to talk also about us, our personal style, made up of a thousand details, meticulously studied, a style that is sometimes extremely essential, but always embellished with elegant materials emphasized by warm and enveloping lighting.

Francesco Cardinali Architect

Despite his age, he thinks and studies architecture as an experienced architect; every job for him is a challenge in which there is no downtime, He is frenetic, lively and creative, nothing is left to chance for him.

He graduated in 2012 in Florence in Architecture with full marks. Right from the start he approaches the world of retail for jobs in Italy and Europe confronting with different current of thought and professionists.

Its values are based on the riìscovery of the elements of the past founding them with modern components.

In a few years he has designed numerous multi-brand shops and charming homes where modernity envelops the old fabric.

Francesco Gazzabin Architect

After a degree in architecture in Florence and a diploma in landscape architecture at the school of prof. Ferrara in Florence, in 1998 he began the free profession without abandoning it.

His paradise are the gardens, his passion are the plants; for him designing a garden means thinking about the future, it means thinking about the well-being of those who will live it; '' If you want to be happy all your life, make a garden ''

In the center of the garden there is always a house, in the center of the house there is a table and a chair, so everything must be thought, imagined, designed and finally built, the good architect must know how to think of everything without ever giving up.
